By purchasing one of our products, you agree to the stated delivery time frame and in the event of any change, you will be notified of a revised delivery date as soon as possible by email. Orders placed after 2:00pm (UK local time) will be shipped the next working day, and on Friday or over the weekend, we will ship on Monday.

We ship worldwide with the exemption of a few.

Can I track the order?
Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number included.

Can I change the delivery address after my order has been placed?
No, unfortunately the delivery address cannot be amended once the order has been placed.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can fill in our returns form on the website. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All returns are paid for by the customer unless otherwise agreed by Goosepimple.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

How long does a refund take to process?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We aim to refund your money as soon as we can but please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
What if my items are damaged / incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
